5 Ways To Manifest What You Want In Life

If you could rate your life satisfaction score from one to 10, what would it be?

A research paper published by Our World in Data found that some countries have a life satisfaction score with an average of just 3.5 out of 10. This is an alarmingly low rate. Why is this? Because we are not living our deepest and most wanted desires in our physical reality. Passions are pushed aside for paychecks, happiness is sacrificed for others, and time is spent on things that don’t suit our highest interests.

Now, I truly believe that everyone should live a life that makes them happy. I’m also a huge believer that anything is possible, so if your life satisfaction score was low, then it’s time to manifest what you want in life.

What is “manifesting”?

Manifestation is a form of creation. It works by creating a vibrational match with an idea, thought, goal, or desire and turning it into a real-life accomplishment. I’ll talk more about vibrational frequencies later on, but the principle is simple. What you think, feel, and act on is what shows up in your reality. Once you learn how to harness the five fundamentals, you can manifest what you want in life—love, happiness, fulfillment, stronger relationships, jobs, pay raises, money, and weight loss; the options are literally endless.

I’d like to quickly add that manifesting isn’t some hocus pocus magic mumbo jumbo either. You can’t just click your fingers and have everything you want just like that. It takes work, time, effort, and commitment. But once you harness its true power, the results you can achieve are truly astounding. So we know the basic idea of manifesting, let’s learn how to apply it in life.

1. Choose what you want to manifest

To manifest your desire, you need to be clear on exactly what it is you want. The more specific the better. Start by writing down anything that you wish to create in your life. Perhaps you want to get out of debt. Or maybe you’re looking for that special someone to show up in your life. Write it all down. Let your imagination flow and get as creative as possible.

2. Visualize

Visualization or creative visualization is a powerful manifestation technique that you can do whenever you have a quiet moment. The idea is to simply foresee and daydream about your desires already manifested. The easiest way to do this is by closing your eyes, taking slow breaths and focusing intently on the goal you wish to achieve. This does take practice. Your mind will probably wander. But no matter how many times you lose track of your thoughts, keep coming back to the exact outcome you want.

Visualization isn’t just thought. It’s important to create emotion behind what you want too. For instance, if you were to manifest more money, how would it feel to have it in your life? Would you feel excited and more at peace?

When you incorporate the thoughts and feelings with what you want in your mind, you create a winning recipe for it to manifest.

3. Life-changing mantras

So now that you have decided what you want to manifest and have started to internally visualize it, it’s time to apply positive mantras to the process. Mantras (or affirmations) are simple phrases that help to rewire your subconscious to help manifest your desires. The most powerful way to use these affirmations is by speaking them in the present tense as if you have realized your goal. Whenever you can, repeat your affirmations in your mind, or even better, aloud.

If you have not used affirmations before, here are some powerful examples:

  • “All my dreams and desires come true.”
  • “I live happily and abundantly.”
  • “I attract what I want.”

These are just examples; you would want to create a specific mantra around your goal to make it more effective.

4. Take the right steps

Jim Carrey once summed it up perfectly: “You can’t just visualize and go eat a sandwich…” You need to take physical action towards the goals you wish to manifest. If you want to become a millionaire, don’t expect the money to appear in your bank account. You can’t assume the love of your life will show up without any effort on your behalf. We are physical beings, so go after what you want.

5. The glue that holds everything together

Throughout your manifestation journey, you may encounter downs as well as ups. The downs can include negative thinking, limiting beliefs and people that could even discourage you from creating a better life for yourself. It’s important to let go of any negativity and allow positivity in your life only. This the glue that holds everything together. Without a positive mindset, it makes the process a lot harder to achieve.

How can you visualize a brighter future if you’re having doubts or worries? How could you possibly take action towards a goal when you don’t feel like it will work? Faith and positivity are key. It’s what drives the ship that allows you to create amazing things in your life.

The best way to maintain a positive mindset is by using your affirmations and practicing gratitude. Gratitude is a powerful tool. To be thankful for what you have will allow you to manifest even more things to be thankful for in the future!
